If you have experiencemonitoring and assisting shipping activities from multiple global warehouses and internal customers, and performing service entries for invoices from logistics vendors, we want to hear from you!ResponsibilitiesResponsible for monitoring, and assisting as needed, day to day shipping activities from multiple global warehouses and internal customersActively seek improvements in processes and proceduresPerform service entries for invoices from logistics vendors as neededMonitor performance of vendors that relate to the logistics functions and provide statistical data to managementAbility to handle a large volume of daily emails and prioritize them for importanceContinuous awareness and working knowledge of international trade laws and regulation, including, but not limited to: Export Administration Regulations (EAR); Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA); Office of Foreign Asset Controls (OFAC)Ability to accurately detail and classify products for ECCN and HTSDocument and apply for Commodity Classification Automated Tracking (CCATS)Document and apply for export licenses in BIS SNAP-R systemSome limited travel may be required. Less than 5% of the total job requirementRequired Skills and QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or International Business3-5 years of international logistics experienceAbility to prioritize tasks with little management guidanceAbility to identify complex problems, review information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutionsAbility to simplify complex processes and to prioritize activities around themThe highest level of personal integrity and ethical responsibilityExcellent internal/external customer service skillsProficient in Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPointExperience with Asian based supply chainsExperience with various transportation modes air, small package, oceanExperience with international trade compliance, import/export laws and regulationsSAP & SAP GTS system (or similar) experience preferredKnowledge of label creation software preferred (Software knowledge a plus!)CUSECO or similar certification preferredThis position is located in Austin, TXCirrus Logic is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
