About The Team
At DoorDash, we're redefining the future of online food ordering via Storefront, our first B2B SaaS business. Storefront powers our merchants' e-commerce businesses and enables them to offer order pickup and delivery experiences to customers via their own websites. We're building a small team of incredibly talented Strategy & Operations professionals to help our merchants grow same-store digital sales via their first party e-commerce channels.
About The Role
DooDash is looking for an entrepreneurial Strategy & Operations Manager to join the Storefront team to define and execute strategies to help our merchants grow same-store digital sales via their first party e-commerce channels.
In this role, you will partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Operations and Marketing teams to test and build new levers to drive growth for our merchants.
We're looking for someone who can think strategically at the highest level while simultaneously managing and executing the day-to-day actions necessary to achieve our goals. You ideally have experience with blending analytics and creativity to scope and solve complex problems, the ability to think about the short and long term goals, and experience managing cross-functional projects.
In this role, you will help develop new growth tactics for our merchants -- this entails defining and testing new growth strategies, speaking with our merchants to help shape our product roadmap, developing a growth playbook, and scaling these efforts across merchants and geographies that DoorDash operates in.

- Lead & Advocate - The success of this business will depend on how capable the leader is. They must be able to advocate for their business, lead their cross-functional team to success, and deliver quality results to the customer
- Experiment - There is not a written rule-book to success here. This leader must figure out how to get from A to B and constantly push to improve and test new opportunities to get 1% better everyday.
- You have 6+ years in consulting / strategy / business development / operations / technology / banking / analytics or related restaurant experience. High-growth startup experience is a plus
- You are customer obsessed with the ability to use insights to create delightful product solutions
- You back your decisions up with data and you're comfortable pulling SQL (or learning SQL in the first few weeks) or modeling in Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets)
- You have experience leading projects and succeeding in a cross-functional environment
- You enjoy working in fast-paced environments
- You seek exposure to different types of problems and want to try your hand at different sides of the business
- You have strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Pursuant to the Colorado Fair Pay Act, the base salary range in Colorado for this position is $115,000 - $149,000, plus opportunities for equity and commission. Compensation in other geographies may vary.
