*Position Summary*
Stock Hispanic Brands products at customers' locations in assigned locations.
*Essential Functions*
* Maintain store shelf standards and inventory through various merchandising strategies, including but not limited to rotation of products; ensure pricing matches current promotions and current marketing and promotional materials are displayed.
* Protect and gain merchandise shelf space for Bar-S products by stocking temporary bunkers and spaces for scheduled promotions; Optimize brand presence in designated areas.
* Provide excellent customer service; assess the needs of the customer to best recommend products.
* Maintain excellent working relationship with customers.
* Create weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly reports.
*Minimum Qualifications*
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Food handler's permit
* Driver's License which meets company requirements
* Personal vehicle which meets company standards for licensing and insurance
* MVR which meets Bar-S driving standards with review by Bar-S Human Capital
* Customer service skills including the ability to manage and respond to different customer situations while maintaining a positive and friendly attitude
* Must demonstrate strong organizational, time management, and communication skills
* Fully fluent in Spanish
* Proven ability to motivate self and others
* The ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure, meet deadlines, present a professional demeanor and work well independently
*Preferred Qualifications*
* Associates degree in Business, Marketing or related field
* 1 year of sales experience
* Fully fluent in English
* Food product and or consumer packaged goods sales experience
*Physical Requirements*
* Able to stand for a full shift of 8 - 10 hours.
* Can regularly lift and move 30 pound boxes/buckets on/off shelves or cart/hand-truck.
* Can repeatedly twist, turn, kneel, stoop, stand, rotate, bend, push or pull to move 30 pounds.
*Work Environment*
* Able to work in a cold environment of approximately 34 F for prolonged periods of time.
* Availability to work weekends and evenings (until approximately 8:00 pm).
* Able to travel up to 90% of the time, including overnight stays for up to 5 days at a time.
