Sitting in our hardworking Finance team and reporting to the Payroll Manager, this role requires the ability to develop close working relationships with colleagues across many departments throughout our worldwide organization whilst acting as a front-line representative with our benefit and payroll providers. You will have an active role in their global payroll operations ensuring that each stage of the payroll process for our Europe and Asia employees are actioned efficiently and accurately. Cirrus Logic operates at the forefront of ground-breaking technology; this is a phenomenal opportunity to join them and develop your well-established skills in an outstanding organization!ResponsibilitiesSupport US multi-state and global payroll processesMaintain payroll processing system and records by capturing, calculating and inputting dataAdhere to payroll procedures and align with relevant country lawComplete monthly and year-end payroll processes in each relevant jurisdiction, including processing monthly, year-end and ad-hoc reportsProcess starters, leavers, contract changes and ensure the payroll records are updated accordinglyRespond to all payroll queries received in a professional and efficient mannerCoordinate with the wider Finance department to ensure monthly reconciliations are undertaken which align to approved processes and proceduresRequired Skills and QualificationsExperience with ADP StreamlinePrevious experience of global payroll with extensive experience with UK payrollProficient with Microsoft OfficeAbility to work in a collaborative environment and establish relationships cross-functionally with HR, Legal, and other business partnersExcellent verbal and written communication skillsHighly organized and attentive to detail when working to tight deadlinesDemonstrate initiative and handle constantly evolving priorities and contending demandsPreferred Skills and QualificationsProficient in the use of the SAP, Workforce Now and ADP StreamlineHeavy background in a similar payroll role performing all payroll functions for a publicly traded (US or UK listed) multinational corporationFlexible problem solver willing to take on any taskQuick learner who knows when to ask for guidance and how to seek approval for plansStrong interpersonal skills and the ability to work under pressureKnowledge of other finance functions desirable, but not essentialThis position is located in Austin, TXCirrus Logic is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
