You will be responsible for the following:

  • Reviewing existing process documentation / contracts and working with stakeholders to address problem areas and build new processes and plans.
  • Working with the McBride team and client stakeholders to analyze and process improvement initiatives through communications and change management.
  • Engaging with multiple functional groups to comprehend client challenges, prototype new ideas, and create solutions to drive the improvement of how the client manages their business.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of management consulting experience with process improvement, change management, project management and/or governance.
  • Aptitude for managing, working, and communicating with diverse stakeholders, teams, and clients face-to-face and via teleconference.
  • Experience with business process analysis, requirements development, change management activities, and stakeholder engagement within the public sector.
  • Ability to learn technical concepts quickly and communicate with multiple functional groups.
  • Ability to deliver high quality products using Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage with clients and stakeholders on a daily basis.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills required.

Education & Clearances

  • Bachelor's Degree Required
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
