We are seeking a Sr. Product Manager/Principal PM to come join us on our exciting journey of growth! Reporting directly to the Head of Product Management for Monitoring Solutions, you will define N-Able's next generation RMM solution. This is a strategic role to define N-Able's next generation RMM solution and drive requirements for N-able's direction for the next generation RMM open platform and owning the UX design and usability and sharing across entire N-Able product portfolio and integration with partner solutions.

Responsibilities:
Product strategy, design and architecture for an open SaaS platform-based IT and Cloud Monitoring and management remote monitoring solution.

Architecture, UX and product requirements and drive multiyear roadmap plan

Understand customer and market needs to build product vision, strategy, and roadmap

Analyze market and technology trends to create new offerings with strong value propositions for our customers

Provide clear and succinct communication on status of high-impact features, project readiness, and other significant issues to a cross-functional team

Develop effective customer/partner feedback loops, listen to feedback, understand its implications, and translate feedback into better features and products

Autonomous, able to deal with ambiguity and focus on key product deliverables

Experience with localization (or internationalization) of software product offerings

Qualifications:
7+ years Product Management experience especially with SaaS/Software MSP Market and IT Monitoring experience a plus

Strategic planning for product and SaaS platform solutions IT Infrastructure

Management PM background a plus (Server, storage, workstation, network, and cloud) Agile/SCRUM skills

Product ownership from concept to grave and successfully worked with development to release products

Strong analytical, program management and release management skills Strong communication skills with executives, customers, and sales
