QUALIFICATIONS

The Retail Specialist will assist guests by providing in depth product recommendations, answering questions, informing guests about our unique product options and expanding sales by offering exceptional customer service, information and support.

· Retail sales experience (minimum one year)

· Must be computer literate and have the ability to learn various software programs/applications.

· Must have strong written, electronic and verbal communication skills.

· Must be able to stand and walk 95% of their shift.

· Must be able to push, pull, bend and carry moderate amounts of weight, up to 50 pounds as needed.
