Sales Trainer/L&D Specialist - Orama Solutions - Austin, Texas

To do that, we needed to go on several aggressive growth journeys with early-stage visionary start-ups and help take them all the way to IPO or acquisition through building world class GTM (Go to Market) and technical functions. We did exactly that, time and time again and are now the go to technology recruiter for a number of Silicon Valley's biggest funds.
We staff and build GTM and technical functions across the US, EMEA, APAC and LATAM specialising within 5 Technology pillars which are: 1. Cloud & Infrastructure, 2. Data & Analytics, 3. Digital, 4. Cyber Security and 5. Fintech/Blockchain/Payments
Due to growth and opportunity we have an urgent need to hire a Sales Trainer/Learning & Development professional to lead, train and manage entry level recruiters within our "Sales Academy" based in Austin, Texas. Our Academy has been running in Europe for 4+ years with a 99% graduate rate and has successfully created multiple highly skilled recruiters billing $300k to $1 million+!
The Academy is a Graduate/Entry-Level Programme that gives an opportunity to University & College/School leavers who have zero to minimal sales experience and puts them through a structured learning journey, so they are equipped with the right tools and knowledge to become a Top Recruiter. Its purpose is to teach and deliver everything there is to know. Throughout the training we introduce new areas of the role and build up confidence and knowledge that will be rewarded by a Graduation Celebration and promotion into the Consulting Team.

- Location: Austin, Texas but with some remote working offered
About the Role:
- Training and onboarding teams of new "Sales Academy" starters every quarter and facilitate training across a 3month boot camp supporting early career development
- Deliver training materials to the Sales Academy team in both initial and continued-learning environments
- Work with sales managers to communicate individual and/or team progress and provide coaching updates and support
- Accomplish sales training and organisation targets and objectives by completing related results as needed
- Collect feedback from senior recruitment consultants on the effectiveness of the "Sales Academy" team
- Utilise internal CRM system (Bullhorn) to log target activity for individual team members
- Track individual performance and provide constructive feedback and training support to drive activity
- Training needs analysis across the sales team ensuring learning and development is directly aligned to strategic goals
- Deliver all areas of training across the IT/Technology recruitment lifecycle
Experience Needed:
- 12 months+ experience working in Sales Training or Learning & Development
- We would also consider people working as Recruiters with experience in training and supporting the development of other recruiters
- You must be passionate about training, learning & development and coaching entry level individuals
- Confident delivering group training sessions
- Experienced in coaching and providing feedback
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Passionate about the development of others
- Ability to inspire and influence
