Description:
Technical Sourcer - focused on sourcing Architects and/or Technical Customer Solutions Managers. These are candidates with a tech background who interface directly with our customers to architect solutions and migrations strategies as they embark on a journey to the Cloud.
Recruits, interviews, checks references, makes offers, and conducts orientation for new employees. Performs exit interviews and processes change of employee status. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
Pay and Hours:
The starting hourly pay rate while working as a Recruiter is $60. Core hours of 8am-5pm Monday-Friday

Preferred Skills:

• 4+ years of corporate and or search firm progressive experience including passive candidate generation and full life cycle recruiting.

• Experience recruiting for Technical PMs, Engagement Managers, Solutions Architects or other roles requiring a combination of tech and sales expertise.

• CTS/ATS experience with sourcing, tracking and managing candidates.

• MS Office- including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

• Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationships.

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
