Job description

The SVP, Business Development at the company will be responsible for identifying new opportunities and partnerships to maintain, expand, and/or grow new revenue

streams across the company's products and technology platform. The SVP, Business Development will work cross-functionally throughout the company to formulate deal

strategies that deliver impact and scale specific to each product line and/or technology platform. The role will develop and maintain strong executive

relationships within the FinTech and the broader Financial/Banking marketplace.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Infuses the Patch Values into your work ethic, every day and every interaction
  • Identify, engage, establish, and manage productive working partnerships to support the company's products and technology platform.
  • Evaluate proposals and negotiate the terms of partnership agreements to deliver on expected outcomes of the company.
  • Lead and manage the launch of new partnerships to ensure alignment across internal stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain new and existing business relationships within the FinTech and Financial/Banking marketplace.
  • Other duties as assigned.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree is required; MBA is preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in Enterprise Business Development and/or Sales
  • Community Banking, and the broader Financial Services marketplace.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, and ability to influence people at all levels.
  • Ability to understand and articulate both the business benefits (value proposition) and financial benefits of financial products and technology
  • Positive attitude and aptitude to work independently in a fast-paced
  • Must be legally allowed to work in the U.S
