Senior Process Associate Austin, TX - RemoteUser Experience Research Recruiting CoordinatorIn the role of senior process associate, you will execute transactions as per prescribed guidelines and timelines, review and validate the inputs from the other team members, support your manager in training activities, daily operations reviews and help in escalation resolution with the objective to meet service level agreement targets for the specific process within the guidelines, policies and norms of Infosys. As a UX (User Experience) Research Recruiting Coordinator, you will work closely with the UX researchers to plan, recruit, and schedule potential research participants for a wide range of UX studies. The coordinator will be responsible for the recruitment of research participants for multiple projects that encompass a wide variety of products and services. You will be supporting multiple researchers at once recruiting potential research participants to ensure the success of their studies. Creative problem solving and lead generations are essentialto being successful in this role.The coordinator will need to be familiar with Mac OS, Google Suite, and must be able to work with large datasets in spreadsheets. A successful research recruiting coordinator will be organized, detail-oriented with good time-management skills, and able to maintain professional and friendly participant and researcher relationships. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills are required, as the coordinator will be in constant communication with both participants and researchers. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:Source, screen and recruit research participants for UX studiesPartner and collaborate with UX researchers to identify key participant requirementsCurate participants to ensure a high quality sample pool for the researchersManage calendars, timelines, scheduling details, and logistics for multiple UX studies Track and analyze participant activity and document in our databaseNetwork with potential participants to generate new leadsLocation for this position is Austin, TX.QualificationsBasicHigh School Diploma or GED EquivalentAt least 1 year of experience relating to the job descriptionPreferredExperience in customer support, data entry, research and/or research recruiting for a technology companyProblem solving abilitiesBachelor's degreeAbility to work with large data sets in spreadsheetsProfessional written and verbal communication skillsAnalytical skillsNote: Applicants for employment in the U.S. must possess work authorization which does not require sponsorship by the employer for a visa (H1B or otherwise).COVID-19 Considerations:Vaccination required.
