Job description
Continuum Rehab Group is currently seeking a Director of Talent Acquisition to provide full life-cycle recruiting support to the leadership team. Self-motivation, creativity and recruiting experience is a must! Experience hiring Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapists and Therapy Assistants, is strongly preferred.
Position Description
Responsible for providing strategic direction on wide talent initiatives, building strategic relationships with HR partners and personally delivering on operational recruitment activities. Will lead and drive a well-rounded and clear set of strategies and priorities for attracting and hiring top talent within a competitive industry; will recruit on senior-level and/or difficult-to-fill positions, as well as manage and mentor recruiters responsible for other positions. Support sourcing and recruitment strategies in Human Resources, Finance, & Legal.
- Serve as the recruiting leader; informs leaders on key talent issues, and propose creative ideas for identifying and attracting top talent in a competitive market.
- Consults with leadership teams to thoroughly understand the talent needed to successfully deliver against the organization's vision and long-term goals.
- Development, planning, and execution of talent acquisition strategies inclusive of diversity recruitment, talent forecasting and pipelining, resource and relationship management.
- Effectively manage, coach and train hiring teams to deliver excellent results; instill a standard of excellence in all aspects of the full life cycle hiring process.
- Ensure recruiting resources are appropriately allocated to support the most critical business initiatives, and recruitment and sourcing capabilities are designed and built to meet the evolving talent needs.
- Effectively build relationships with industry organizations to monitor market trends, maximize effective outreach of talent within our employee's network.
- Utilize and report to business leaders on recruiting data and metrics to identify trends in the market and inform key decisions and provide solutions.
- Provides expert consultation and training to both recruitment and human resources staff as well as management at all levels.
- Using your influence and expertise to create and implement recruitment strategies.
- Leading activities including media planning, business process review and improvement, program development and cross-functional human resources projects.
- Implement new sourcing methods and resources. Research and choose job advertising strategies and options. Coordinate with managers to forecast future hiring needs.
- May assess, improve and update current and new recruiting procedures and processes (e.g. job application and onboarding processes).
- Identify, measure, and report on key recruiting metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, etc.). Leverage metrics to inform recruiting strategies and practices. Share key metrics, insights and reports with leadership regularly. Utilize metrics to inform recruiting priorities, methods and strategies.
- Develop interview training materials and manage approach, program and schedule in partnership with HR.
- Educate interviewers and hiring managers on effective interview questions and the various types of interview questions.
- Stay up-to-date on labor legislation and inform recruiters and managers about changes in regulations.
- Serve as the full lifecycle recruiter on senior-level and/or difficult-to-fill positions.
