The Financial Analyst will have a broad range of responsibilities to support the organization's business plan. Primary responsibilities include reporting, forecasting, financial and statistical analysis, and generating Board level materials and presentations.

Essential FunctionsThe right candidate will show the ability to: · Assist with the preparation and review of annual budgets and rolling forecasts for multiple units and brands

• Monitor and forecast cash flow

• Work with other departments to provide financial insights and relevant reporting

• Prepare and distribute monthly and periodic financial, operational and sales reports, including pro-forma financial statements and the monthly financial package

• Create models, templates and ad hoc reports to support management evaluations and decisions

• Assist with month-end financial closing process, to include reviewing and researching discrepancies, and providing explanations for variances to plan

• Create Board materials and presentations

Key Competencies: · Ability to analyze large sets of data from multiple sources to identify trends and variances

• Ability to identify key metrics and to develop actionable management reports to drive business performance

• Possess strong business acumen and the ability to effectively communicate financial information to internal and external customers

• Intermediate to Advanced Excel

• Working knowledge of statistical analysis and forecasting methodologies

• Solid understanding of accounting principles, U.S. GAAP and best practices

• Must be customer-focused, detail-oriented and be comfortable working with various levels of the organization

Required Education and Experience· Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance · 3+ years of corporate FP&A or forecasting and budgeting responsibilities over multiple entities/brands· Previous experience with M&A and Private Equity Investors preferred· MS Dynamics Great Plains and FrX reporting experience helpful Why Propelled Brands?Join a growing company that offers a collaborative, caring, and progressive work environment.
