JOB SUMMARY

Add value to the company by performing hiring, training, and HR-related tasks. Responsible for updating required HR training and communications, onboarding sessions, offboarding interviews, and assisting with talent recruitment and management. It also ensures company compliance and auditing practices.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Serve as a member of the Administrative Personnel following our core values.
  • Preparing materials for and conducting orientation for new employees
  • Responsible for communicating and posting employee and HR-related information
  • Update and manage employee checklists in Paycom and job postings listings
  • Maintain positive working relationships with all company employees
  • Oversee the recruitment and hiring of new talent
  • Any other tasks that are relevant to the field and of benefit to the company
  • Update and Manage Coaching Sessions and surveys for each employee.
  • Update and maintain Master Contact list and OUT calendar.
  • Ensure the company is in compliance with state and federal law in the hiring process( I-9, Terminations, Interview Scripts, Title VII, ADEA, ADA)
  • Coordinate employee appreciation projects.
  • Attend meetings and communicate sales and other relevant information to staff
  • Miscellaneous HR projects. Examples include, but are not limited to, training video production, product live streams, and news interviews.
  • Be available for employee complaints or concerns.


KEY SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES
  • Demonstrate winning Customer Service techniques such as empathy, patience, advocacy, and conflict resolution
  • Proficiency in Google and Microsoft Office preferred
  • A fair understanding of business and our customer base
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask and ability to work independently
  • Ability to learn and utilize Paycom payroll software
  • Ability to learn and use KWI software
  • Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers
  • Must maintain confidentiality in all HR related matters
  • Professional mannerisms & ability to host new groups
