  • Experience in recruiting several opportunities, across multiple geographic market simultaneously
  • Experience sourcing from on-line recruiting websites
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, preferred
  • Experience working directly with hiring managers and senior leadership in an articulate fashion

  • Source candidates by writing job descriptions, posting positions on career sites, sending emails, mailers, cold calls, networking, outbound calls, and networking with other candidates and internal opportunities.
  • Develop a comprehensive database of candidates to find the right match for future opportunities
  • Conduct initial phone interview to determine fit for organization
  • Schedules and facilitates site visits, itinerary, and attend as needed or applicable
  • Compile feedback to determine top candidates
  • Serve as the main point of contact with newly recruited hires
  • Help with onboarding process by facilitating introductions with Credentialing, Human Resources, and Regional Clinical and Operational Leaders
  • Act as liaison with employed Aestheticians and Nurse Injectors to help facilitate and assist when questions or issues arise
  • Leads projects for initiatives that would help reduce questions or issues when trends are uncovered to increase aesthetic candidate and team member satisfaction
