The Role

We are searching for a highly motivated, spirited, and enthusiastic Recruiting Associate Intern to help meet our exciting goals for Q1 and Q2 of 2022. This person will be the strategic talent partner for a diverse group of internal clients that operationalize and scale our business. We are looking for a student who can work part-time during the months of December 2021 through June of 2022, with the potential to gain full-time employment upon graduation.

We want builders, do-ers, and A-players who are excited to make an impact on a growing organization. As a Recruiter at Strive you will play a critical role in building a network of talented individuals ('Affiliates") that play a key role within our unique and flexible engagement model.

Day to day:

• Support recruiting teams in the sourcing of top talent across the country through building pipelines of diverse technologists through inbound and outbound sourcing
• You will learn how to evaluate candidates and use data to improve recruiting strategies
• Foster the continued growth and building of the Strive Consulting brand within your university
• You will partner with Sales and Consulting on strategic data-focused projects
• Learn how to work closely with managers, recruiting, and human resources leadership teams
• Develop an understanding of talent market intelligence and how it applies to the broader organization

Qualifications:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in a sales or customer service role (retail, fast-food, hospitality, office support/admin, etc.)
• Effective problem-solving and organizational skills to work autonomously
• A demonstrated ability in working with Excel to manipulate data and display graphs/charts
