We pioneer their sales and marketing team focusing on new business development in the Dallas / Fort Worth area.

Due to our continued success, we plan on growing the business further and would like to get the right candidate to help us either break new ground in a discipline that we do not currently focus on or instead to continue the great work that our consultants are doing.

Job Requirements:

Description

  • Developing relationships in your area with small and large businesses
  • Attending business meetings with new and existing clients
  • Being a point of contact for the client and the customer during the enrollment process
  • Working as the liaison to convey field feedback directly to the client
  • Working closely with colleagues, in order to achieve the best result for the client as well as the office
  • Reporting sales numbers via salesforce CRM
  • Meeting and exceeding challenging targets
