Door is a next generation real estate transaction platform spanning real estate brokerage, mortgage and title.

Our client experience begins with the Customer Success Manager whose job is to educate, qualify, and ultimately convert each lead into a Door client. The best candidates for this role have a passion for client service and technology, and have the ability to multitask with a high attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

The Customer Success Manager focuses on inbound and outbound lead qualification, moving leads into and through the sales funnel, and setting up sales qualified appointments.

Responsibilities:
Identify, qualify, nurture, and follow up on leads via inbound channels, cold calling, and email outreach
Generate interest and create rapport with potential clients
Manage expectations and overcome objections
Comfortable with discussing and influencing decision makers over the phone

Consistently and regularly use CRM to provide timely and accurate forecast and report of activity
Follow the established sales and lead qualification process
Reach and exceed key performance indicators including response time, calls scheduled, calls completed, and qualified leads

Requirements:
Active Texas Real Estate license

Work out of the headquarters in Dallas, Texas
Work at least one weekend day per week (2 preferred)
Handle a daily call volume of 100+ calls
Proficiency with computers and CRMs

Preferred Background:
Up to two (2) years in a similar role with a successful track record in which the candidate met or exceeded goals-measured in response time, calls per day, appointments per week, qualification of leads, etc.
Experience in a selling environment with a significant volume of both inbound and outbound activity
Excellent communication and influencing skills
Must have a high level of energy with a very positive phone demeanor
Willingness to learn and succeed in a fast-growing real estate environment

Must have a strong desire to keep up-to-date on real estate trends, developments, and best practices
Good general understanding of business processes
Computer technical proficiency
Recent experience in real estate, technology, marketing automation, and CRM software a plus
