Job description

PrimeLending is seeking an experienced, results driven, AVP of Digital Marketing Manager with a proven track record. This role will report to the Head of Marketing and the Sr. Digital Marketing Manager will oversee the digital marketing strategy for the company, including all corporate websites (multiple verticals), landing pages, paid digital campaigns, online listings, third-party reviews and social media. The Sr. Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for the management of all digital platforms and service providers, ensuring the success of PrimeLending's business growth objectives and customer experience goals. In this role, you'll combine your knowledge of the web, digital marketing and social media with your business acumen to bring greater brand awareness, increase lead generation, and increase customer engagement. The candidate will collaborate with other members of the Marketing team as well as cross-functional teams around the organization. The Sr. Digital Marketing Manager will have management responsibilities for the in-house digital team, social media resource as well as the responsibility of managing third-party vendors and freelancers.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support digital marketing team, setting team priorities, timelines and deliverables
  • Work with digital team to create and execute product roadmaps for all digital properties - including required changes of site architecture, design, content and development updates as needed
  • Manage any digital marketing campaigns across PPC, paid social media, display advertising, retargeting, affiliates, and search engines for corporate initiatives
  • Consult and lend expertise to regional marketing coordinators and branch managers on regional digital initiatives and ideas
  • Strategically plan, test, implement, and optimize online marketing initiatives
  • Devise strategies to drive online traffic to the company website
  • Manage any digital marketing third-party vendor relationships
  • Monitor SEO to identify ranking opportunities and overall visibility for PrimeLending web properties
  • Responsibility for planning and budgetary control of all digital marketing
  • Keep up to date with our audience's preferences and latest digital marketing technologies to proactively suggest new campaigns
  • Track conversion rates and analyze web traffic metrics; create and disseminate reporting monthly
  • Manage the ongoing evolution of our digital properties, including design enhancements, UI/UX changes, content strategy and ADA compliance
  • Establish best practices in digital marketing and monitor ROI and KPIs
  • Establish and maintain scalable processes that ensure best practices in campaign and lead management
  • Analyze marketing and sales data to develop insights and make recommendations on areas for optimization
  • Evaluate latest technologies and add-on applications to improve and optimize marketing team performance
  • Campaign and site analysis, reporting and recommendations

Qualifications:

  • 6 years' of proven work experience as a Sr Digital Marketing Manager
  • Demonstrated experience and proven track record with SEO/SEM strategies
  • Well-versed in GA and other reporting/analysis tools
  • Demonstrable experience with marketing automation programs
  • Has experience supporting a distributed model/sales team
  • First-hand knowledge and experience with maintaining and enhancing online reputation
  • Experience implementing and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns
  • Solid knowledge of web analytics tools like Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
  • Hands on experience with online marketing tools and practices
  • Understanding of web design best practices and development
  • Previous financial services experienced preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and project management skills
  • BS degree in Marketing, Advertising or relevant field
  • Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience required
  • Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy and best practice
