We are actively hiring for a Diversity Talent Strategist. Join us and support CSAA Insurance Group, a AAA Insurer, in achieving our goals! We are looking for motivated, innovative individuals, who think big and move fast with a passion for service excellence.

Essential Responsibilities:
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition Executive to develop strategies for the attraction, recruitment and candidate experience of targeted demographics. Lays out tactical plans to deliver on D&I Program strategies and initiatives through both direct actions and leading the actions of others.

  • Track Diversity & Inclusion recruiting metrics and reporting; interpret data to capture insights and identify hiring, outreach and candidate experience opportunities (internal and external pipelines)

  • As Talent Acquisition's Inclusion & Belonging Talent Strategist, liaises with and influences divisional team and other internal partners to deliver a seamless and inclusive recruiting experience.

  • Develop, plan and lead D&I recruiting best practice and compliance trainings for Talent Acquisition team, leaders and interviewers

  • Own bi-monthly Workforce Pillar meetings, this role will own and moderate the large group sessions to review progress against goals, to engage in discussions to advance our learning, and to collaborate on workforce related challenges.

  • Select and attend (with Recruiters) hiring events targeting underrepresented talent

  • Partner closely with the Recruiters and ERG leaders to influence the workforce strategies aimed at improving representation.

  • Mentor and coach recruiting staff to diversity outreach and inclusivity practices

  • Serve on the TA Leadership Team as an influencer of the TA's Diversity & Inclusion initiatives

  • Track Diversity & Inclusion recruiting metrics and reporting; interpret data to capture insights and identify hiring opportunities

  • Work with Internal Communications and External Affairs/Social Media teams to promote employer brand via social media channels with a focus on recruitment

  • Partner with the Campus and Talent Acquisition team members as a Diversity & Inclusion subject matter expert

  • Gauge brand awareness and strength via social media presence and take corrective action as needed

What would make us excited about you?

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant combination of education and experience required

  • 7+ years of supporting the full cycle recruiting experience

  • 3+ years of diversity and inclusion strategy and/or execution experience driving national and local relationships resulting in increased diverse pipelines and hires.

  • Significant experience developing and implementing inclusion & belonging talent acquisition programs

  • Broad business knowledge and ability to engage with and influence at all levels to implement strategic goals and translate them into tactical plans and objectives.

  • Highly developed understanding and knowledge of program design and implementation in the areas of inclusion & belonging and talent acquisition.

  • Independent, strategic thinker who fosters a culture of curiosity, creative-thinking and continual process improvement.

  • Can envision and drive a better future. Motivates and inspires others: Ability to inspire peers and leaders.

  • Ability to lead in division and enterprise development of methods, techniques and criteria for programs and people.

  • Pro-actively create and maintain strategic relationships.

  • Ability to handle complex issues with discretion and handle sensitive information.

  • Superior analytical skills with the ability to use data to create, develop and execute recruiting strategies.

  • Advise stakeholders and partners on performance and how to achieve positive business outcomes.

  • Exceptional communication and influence skills, building relationships of trust with diverse internal and external stakeholders.

  • Strong business acumen and politically savvy.

  • Outstanding consultative, collaboration, teamwork and diplomacy skills.

If performed in Nevada, this position has a(n) salary range of $ 122,000-$134,000 . In compliance of Colorado's Equal Pay for Equal Work Act (EPEWA) we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles that will be, or could be performed in Colorado. If performed in Colorado, this position has a(n) salary range of $117,000 - $ 129,000 . The role includes an opportunity for a company-wide annual discretionary bonus, through our Annual Incentive Plan (AIP), of up to 12 % of eligible pay. (For Sales Agents Only) In addition we offer an Incentive and Recognition plan which is an additional earning opportunity from a production incentive plan.
