Summary

Agility Net, LLC is seeking an Entry Level Recruiting Coordinator to join our 360 group of companies. This position includes recruiting, sourcing and onboarding candidates for Agility 360, a staffing and resource optimization firm, and 360 Home Lending, a residential mortgage lender. The ideal candidate will have experience which includes, but is not limited to: supporting external recruiting efforts and administrative activities. The coordinator is responsible for supporting all recruiting activities and senior management with functions such as applicant review/vetting, candidate outreach, interview scheduling, system data entry, on-boarding new hires, offer letters, and maintaining confidential HR records. The role is critical in executing third party and client assigned recruiting initiatives, creating a positive experience for applicants and candidates while driving functional excellence and continuous process improvement.

Responsibilities:

  • Review, vet and qualify job applicants
  • Daily maintenance of recruiting functions, such as posting positions on job boards
  • Pre-screen applicants as needed and coordinate background/reference checks
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of pre-hiring process
  • Acts as a liaison for new hire orientation and assist with new hire on-boarding
  • Assists in maintaining and tracking spending against recruiting budgets
  • Preparing ad-hoc reports and special analytics from HR systems
  • Generate and implement new recruiting methodologies and assists in process improvement efforts to increase efficiency, quality and candidate experience
  • Handle other special projects as assigned

Requirements:

  • Degree in business or related discipline
  • Some mortgage or financial services industry experience a plus
  • Experience in building relationships with candidates, managers, external clients

Key Skill Set:

  • Intermediate use of Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Ability to learn new systems or processes quickly and comfort with integrated software
  • Strong communication skills and creative problem solving
  • Ability to multi task, prioritize and be flexible with changing business needs
  • Ability to work in detail-oriented and demanding team environment

Details:

  • Hybrid Work Schedule (3 days in office, 2 days remote)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
