Environmental Site Assessor - Property Conditions Assessor

NV5/Bock & Clark (environmental department)

Location: Dallas, Texas. Type: Full Time, Remote.

Compensation: Base compensation of $50,000-$65,000 annually, with potential to earn up to $5,000 more in bonus (paid quarterly)

About the position: We are currently hiring an ESA/PCA Assessor who wishes to be part of an established, winning team. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who requires little supervision and embraces the independence of working from home.

As an ESA/PCA Assessor, you will:

· Perform environmental site assessments in accordance with ASTM Phase l standards and local, state, and federal regulations

· Conduct project research as applicable to scope of work (historical, analytical, etc.)

· Perform PCA reports in accordance with ASTM standards and client-specific scopes of work

· Maintain communication with team members and clients throughout the course of the project

· Plan, schedule, and track project timelines to ensure project progress status is on schedule

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in engineering, geology, environmental science, or related field

· 5+ years of experience completing and/or managing ESAs and PCAs

· Knowledgeable of ASTM E1527-13 and ASTM2018-15 standards

· Proficient in Word, Excel, and online report writing platforms
