Job description

Our finance team is looking for a talented Finance and Operations Analyst to join the team. This role will own the day-to-day finance activities such as billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and end of month closing of the books. The Finance and Operations Analyst will also assist with internal operations such as maintaining records and systems. This role will report to the Director of Finance.

In this role, the Finance and Operations Analyst will primarily focus on Finance and Accounting Functions as outlined below:

- Own day-to-day financial operations such as:
- Accounts Payable
- Accounts receivable, including full ownership of the billing process via the Portal
- Journal entries
- Month-end closing
- Update various financial reports such as end of month reports and forecasts
- Organize and maintain internal documents and systems through Dropbox, QuickBooks and other systems
- Develop and update procedures related to the role

In addition to these tasks, the Analyst will Assist Director of Finance with other related tasks such as:

- Human Resources
- Investor Relations
- Monitoring performance and result oriented metrics on a daily/weekly/monthly/ quarterly basis.
- Identifying the different classes of shareholders and presenting in accordance with their requirements.
- Assist in creating investor presentation including metrics, charts, graphs, etc. o Review and Scrutinize sales forecast

Location: This is an in office position for those already in Tulsa, OK or willing to relocate to Tulsa, OK.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or other related business degree
  • Ability to effectively manage deadlines
  • Excellent excel skills (at a minimum - Index Match, Vlookup, Pivot Tables, IF statements, etc.)
  • Familiarity with financial and operational systems such as QuickBooks, Dropbox,
  • Microsoft Word, and Excel
  • Ability to problem solve
  • Eagerness to learn and continuously improve
  • Can prioritize projects and duties effectively
