Why You'll Love This Job:
As a GRC Functional Architect within the Risk Data, Process, and Infrastructure team, you will assist with the development and integration of the company's enterprise Governance, Risk and Compliance solution, which includes a software solution (Archer) and Process, Risk and Controls Framework.
You will have the opportunity to work in close collaboration with DTCC's Control Functions, Business Lines and Application Development team and GRC Business Analysts. You will be expected to have a holistic understanding of GRC Roadmap, DTCC's Corporate Risk Frameworks, policies, and controls to best harmonize the company-wide solution.
Your Primary Responsibilities:
Facilitate and support the development of enterprise wide GRC Tool
Define and implement strategic priorities with stakeholders
Analyze users requests to determine solutions that do not negatively impact other product features
Closely collaborate with IT to determine best architecture options and recommendations for the GRC Tool
Present conceptual solutions at the GRC Working Group
Monitors discussions with cross functional team(s) to identify synergies and potential issues
Promote adherence to best practices and standards enforcement among multiple GRC stakeholders
Assist with end-to-end development and execution to successful projectconclusion in support of the business lines
Active collaboration with stakeholders across the enterprise to prioritize opportunities and support business engagement

Talents Needed for Success:
Bachelor's degree or higher
6+ years' related experience a requirement
Minimum 3-5 years' background in a GRC role
Strong understanding of various development methodologies as they pertain to MetricStream/Archer and their respective best practices
Technical proficiency with Cognos or Power BI reporting tools a strong preference
Experience in financial industry with focus on risk management is preferred
Knowledge of financial industry Governance, Risk and Compliance principles processes and best practices
