Job Overview:
The HR Coordinator will be part of the HR team to drive business success through administration of HR processes and procedures.
The individual is responsible for providing administrative support for all HR functions as well as partnering with our Finance and Payroll departments. This role requires an individual with a high integrity, high amount of drive, independent judgment, and the ability to execute quality decisions in a fast paced and high-volume environment. This position will report to the Sr. Director of Human Resources but will work closely with the overall People Team (HR) and Business Leaders.
Responsibilities:
- HRIS Ownership of full employee life-cycle data administration and processing
- Systems: Greenhouse, Reach, Register, Compass, Internal Intranet
- Support of Recruiting Team with new hire administration
- Offer letters, background checks, new hire paperwork, system onboarding, IT equipment management
- Assists with HRIS reports, imports, and checklists
- Files electronic documents into appropriate employee files
- Assist in responses to HR policies/practices, benefits, and employment related questions both internally and externally
- Support of Employee Gifting and Perks programs
- Manage vendor setup and process department invoices
- Assist with the management of small to medium special projects and perform other duties as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, related field or professional experience equivalent
- 1-3 years of HR coordinator/generalist experience required
- Advanced skills using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
- PHR/SPHR a plus
- Ability to:
- meet timelines with minimal supervision
- use independent judgment to organize and prioritize work and manage resources to achieve goals
- identify process improvement opportunities, business problems/threats, and creatively solve for them
- build rapport and relationships with variety of stakeholders with diverse cultural backgrounds, expertise and experiences
- Proactively engage other team members for guidance and collaboration
