Business Partner to field leadership who provides full generalist HR day-to-day support in the areas of talent assessment, talent acquisition, employee retention, succession planning, coaching, workshop facilitation, and strategic workforce development specific to designated market.

Responsibilities
* Deploy people strategies that strengthen our ability to select, develop and retain diverse talent.
* Build capability of District Managers and Store Managers to attract and retain talented.
* Support business continuity during crisis/emergency occurrences and team member well-being and experience.
* Furthers the Diversity Inclusion and Belonging strategy, principles, and pillars.
* In conjunction with Human Resources Director, manage change management and harmonization of processes across the region; and partner with the North America HR field team to ensure harmonization across all brands and geographies.
* In conjunction with senior field leadership, support succession planning and upskilling initiatives for Store Managers.
* Ensure state law compliance, efficiency of workflow, local market partnership with SMs and field.
* Leverage technology and data to yield insight to improve associate and customer experience.
* Strengthen talent capabilities, readiness and team effectiveness through coaching, development, and empowerment.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 2 years of relevant Human Resources experience with Knowledge and experience in employee relations; performance management, talent management, workshop facilitation, succession planning, employee engagement and diversity, inclusion and belonging.
* Understanding of data analysis and development of insights and recommendations.
* Outstanding interpersonal relationship building and ability to work collaboratively.
* Effective communication skills, verbal and written.
* Experience with fast-paced, multi-unit and geographically dispersed environments.
* Provides advice on interpretation of policies and procedures; partners with field management to fully investigate and resolve employee investigations and other employee relations issues; anticipates problems and issues whenever possible and develops, recommends and initiates appropriate steps for resolution and acts as a partner for the business.
* Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, Power Point, and Outlook.
Preferred Qualifications
* Field HR Experience.
* Certificate in HR is highly desired, HRCI or SHRM certification is preferred.
* HR leadership experience in retail, hospitality, or restaurant business.
* Experience in retail management influencing business leaders, preferred.
