The Listing Coordinator will report to the Head of Leasing and Resident Services and is responsible for publishing Streetlane properties for lease on our company website as well as Rently and other syndicated sites. Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within advertising and real estate is a must.

What You Will Do

* Have great attention to detail and ability to work in multiple systems at the same time to ensure accuracy of information across listings platforms
* Prepare properties for rent in an accurate and efficient manner
* Ensure syndications are working correctly
* Check listings to ensure all are online and accurate
* Find creative ways to keep our listings at the top of a search on syndicated sites
* Coordinate professional photograph scheduling ensuring photos are received and posted as quickly as possible
* Confidently communicate with different team members internally to get listing information in a timely manner
* Ability to pull basic marketing metrics and provide recommendations to maximize home success online

What You Bring With You

* High School Diploma, Bachelor's degree preferred
* Strong communication skills
* Attention to detail a must
* Microsoft Office, internet and other basic computer skills
* Thorough understanding of Yardi, RentCafe, Rently, and syndicated websites preferred
* Problem solving skills are required
* High level of organizational skills
