Patent Attorney or Patent Agent opportunity within a booming practice. Preparation & prosecution of patents, opinions, portfolio management, due diligence, FTAB work.
n

n
High profile clients and sophisticated work with the opportunity to support patent attorneys on other legal issues.
n

n
You will deal with a diverse array of hardware and software applications (industrial and consumer electronics, analog and digital circuits, chip architecture, wireless telecommunications, enterprise applications, network security, network protocols, databases, web and cloud services, operating systems, software user interfaces, open source, etc.).
n

n
Client assignment and workload will be dependent upon your technical expertise (i.e., software vs. hardware, etc.).
n

Patent Attorney Requirements:
n
n
n
Minimum BS Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, or Computer Science; JD; state bar, Patent Bar. Must have at least 1 year full time claim drafting experience.
n

n
Patent Agent Requirements:
n
Minimum BS Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, or Computer Science, preferably graduate degree and/or prior engineering experience. Having passed the Patent Bar is absolutely required.
n
