To meet the basic qualification for this role, you will have legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship. In addition, to be a good fit for the Portfolio Accountant opportunity, you will have:

• A bachelor's or master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a similar field, or equivalent experience/education
• 2+ years of progressive work experience in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline; preferably in property accounting; knowledge of commercial leases and revenue related recoveries is strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of GAAP including prior working knowledge in preparing US GAAP financials
• Experience and aptitude with ERP systems (ideally Yardi)
• Knowledge of MS Office applications with intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel
