Job Title: Program Scheduling Lead
Location: Dallas, TX
Hourly Rate/Salary: $35.00 to $80.00 per hour
Summary/Objective: Toll is seeking a Program Scheduling Lead of providing estimating, cost management, analytics, and scheduling services at Dallas Fort Worth International Airport, in support of the Airport projects and programs which may include, but are not limited to, Capital Development and Tenant Development projects, Planning group programs and studies, Commercial Development, and other related planning, design and construction projects and programs. Terminal renovation and construction may also be included, Design, Code and Construction, and may support other departments directly involved in Delivery Order scopes, the following is the primary focus for this position.
Responsibilities:
- Manage project schedules within DFW's I&D Master Project Schedule. Monitor
project updates and impacts to overall master schedule.
- Develop project schedules and construction durations.
- Work with Project Teams for progress updates and facilitate the communication of planned and active projects.
- Analyze and report on contractor's baseline schedules to ensure contract
compliance.
- Perform time impact analysis.
- Provide project variance reporting based on project and contractor performance against plan.
- Perform forecasting and trending data for resources and costs as related to
scheduling.
- DFW's scheduling platform is Oracle Primavera P6.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role
- Experience utilizing scheduling software packages such as Primavera, MS Projects, Procure, etc.
- Effective communication within team and with stakeholders
- An experienced user of the relevant Programme tools, techniques
- Experience in the implementation of Earned Value Management based Project Control systems, in accordance with relevant national standards
- Experience in working on NEC 3 projects
- Practical ability to utilize critical project management concepts (e.g. EVM, project planning, risk analysis, configuration management
- Computer literate & experienced in Microsoft Office applications.
- A BS/BA degree in construction management, civil or electrical engineering preferred.
- Experience working for a Utility, Airport, or Government Agency is Preferred
Other Skills and Abilities:
- Strong computer skills, specifically Microsoft Excel and Word
- Good writing/communication skills
- Self-starter
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Duration and Lever of Effort: Minimum of 48-months (4-year) duration
