Job description

Our client is a growing Healthcare Service Provider.
They are looking for a Recruiter who will be responsible for full lifecycle recruitment support for the organization. This person will work with the existing HR team to develop recruiting excellence for the organization, to support all hiring activities, from advertising open roles to interviewing candidates and closing hires. Recruiter responsibilities include connecting with potential candidates online and offline, screening applications and supporting hiring managers.

Responsibilities

Source potential candidates using the social recruiting tools, web sites/databases, networking, employee referral program, professional organizations etc.

Develop, maintain and post job postings on internal and external job sites.

Screen resumes and credentials for skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements and conducts phone screenings with candidates.

Conduct phone screens, schedule interviews, and assist in the selection decision. Provide timely feedback and follow-ups with the hiring teams and candidates

Update and maintain applicant tracking system / recruitment database in a timely and accurate manner and maintains candidate pipeline for future positions.

Support Talent Acquisition team through various administrative and non-administrative functions.

Document and catalog potential candidates for open searches and proactively builds pipelines of talent for future needs through cold-calling/emailing, professional networking, resume mining, social media, etc.

Complete or assist with other staffing/HR projects as assigned.

Collaborate and partner with cross-functional teams on projects outside the talent acquisition function.

Stays current on trends and innovative recruiting Collaborates with human resources to ensure candidates complete all required preliminary and onboarding paperwork.

Qualification

Bachelor's Degree preferred, 2-3 years job specific experience

One to three years healthcare recruiting and/or call center experience; experience in a multi-state environment preferred.

Experience working in high volume hiring strongly preferred.

Experience in various sourcing methodology.

Some experience using applicant tracking system/HR information system.

Demonstrated Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, GSuite, and internet based recruiting resources.

Willingness to work hard, have a can-do attitude and be helpful.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
