Job description

Delta Dallas is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator. The ideal candidate will be hard working, thick skinned, business minded and savvy.

Responsibilities include -

  • Identifies appropriate candidates and assesses their qualifications through review of their resumes, interviews, and other forms of communications.
  • Maintains contact with candidates to keep them apprised of the status of their applications.
  • Execute sourcing via existing and emerging channels including proactively developing leads
  • Drive significant increase in candidate pipeline
  • Other projects and responsibilities as assigned

Requirements

  • Exceptional written and oral communication

  • Degree preferred yet not mandatory
