ABOUT THE POSITION
The Recruiting Lead will research, develop, and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the organization. The Recruiting Lead works with management and hiring managers to develop strategies and tactics in the pursuit of new employees (Imaginarians). The Recruiting Lead has a proven track record of identifying and securing top talent and providing a POV on competitive compensation and benefits in the marketplace.
The Recruiting Lead has experience navigating multiple job descriptions. This position is expected to exercise exceptional communication skills and discretion in handling sensitive matters. The Recruiting Lead should embody the company culture. They can tell the story of Imaginuity and help Imaginuity secure world-class talent. The Recruiting Lead reports into the People Services Manager and are part of the People Services (Human Resources) team.
Recruiting Lead Essential Responsibilities
- Serve as first touch point for the Imaginuity experience.
- Develops, facilitates, and implements all phases of the recruitment process.
- Establishes and supports the development of the recruiting strategy and execution for Imaginuity.
- Administers and assists in the design of programs, procedures, and guidelines to help identify future Imaginarians.
- Collaborates with department managers to classify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions.
- Continually educates themselves on recruiting strategies and channels to stay informed of new developments in how to secure top talent.
- Research the market and provide recommendations to management on how we position Imaginuity as a first-class experience; to include our culture, benefits, compensation, and job opportunities.
- Attends and participates in college job fairs and recruiting sessions.
- Collaborates with the hiring manager and/or other human resource staff during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details.
- Screens applications and selects qualified candidates.
- Administers or assists in the administration of teaching managers and leaders on how to interview and gather feedback from interviews.
- In charge of the implementation and daily administration of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Utilizes the ATS to administer tasks, empower Imaginarians, and meet other needs of the organization.
- Prepares candidate packets for interviewers. Manages the communication between candidates and interviewers to ensure the Company is presented as professional and the interviewees have a positive experience.
- Supports People Services leadership in the assessment of compensation packages and pay bands that aid in recruiting and retaining superior staff.
- Recommends and supports strategies in support of current employee satisfaction and retention.
- Supports onboarding process to ensure all employees are informed throughout the hiring process and orientation.
- Work with People Services to create a superior onboarding experience for new Imaginarians.
- Promotes the health, safety, and wellness of all employees.
Preferred Experience and Qualifications
- At least 2 years in recruiting and managing all phases of the recruitment process highly preferred.
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field.
