As the company continues to grow, we are now looking for a Senior Business Analyst to support our clients and our

Who You Are:

* Skilled with investigating, understanding, and gathering requirements from clients, while does more than simply documenting these requirements
* Translate the non-technical elements from our clients to then understand what is needed for our technical consultants to understand when tailoring the specifics for product delivery to meet those expectations
* Trusted advisor to our clients and has the ability to build those relationships
* Ability to align and gain agreement from all stakeholders to properly communicate those with our internal consulting team
* Work cross-functionally with project management, internal consultants, and our trainers to continue to refine, identify out of scope opportunities and deliver products to clients

Role and Responsibilities:

* Gain deep understanding and apply knowledge of M-Files products, ECM, taxonomy in the requirements process
* Interview clients to understand their business needs. Define technical and business requirements that match the clients needs and the Statement of Work (SOW)
* Identify any requirements requested by the client that are beyond the SOW
* Document requirements in a clear, easy to understand way for both the clients and the consulting team, using defined templates
* Be able to build demos and prototypes for clients using the M-Files product.
* Work with the consulting team to revise the requirements and design so they can be implemented within the M-Files products
* Communicate any revisions in requirements to the client and get their buy-in.
* Gain an understanding of the client's process and be able to apply their expertise in business process and best practices in a manner in order to make recommendations on client process improvement
* Clearly communicate the implementation of the requirements with the client and the M-Files project team
* Create and maintain requirements templates and other templates or tools associated with the requirements process
* Support client UAT
* Gain and maintain product subject expertise
* Develop and maintain professional relationships with clients, partners, and employees to identify and respond to challenges, trends, emerging technology, and best practices
* Requirements documents, structure documents, workflow diagrams, demo vaults and prototypes if necessary for each project
* Test vault applications and design to ensure they meet client requirements
* Create descriptions of out-of-scope requirements in support of add-on sales or change control
* Completion of all project related materials (project objects, client documentation, internal project controls, time entries, etc.)
* Other internal projects and tasks as assigned

Requirements

Experience & Key competencies:

* Bachelor's Degree
* Experience: 5 - 8 years of business analyst experience in software delivery
* Demonstrates experience translating business needs into technical requirements
* Speak and write with ease, clarity, and impact, using a communication style appropriate to the subject and the audience
* Demonstrate flexibility, excellent team player skills, and strong rapport-building skills
* Sharp, fast learner with a technology curiosity and aptitude
* Self-confident and able to engage and manage project audience effectively
* Market intelligence - be the expert on our users, who they are, how they use M-Files
* Manage situations or information easily and quickly with limited direction or training
* Highly organized and experienced at successfully multi-tasking
* Excellent project management and organizational skills to drive projects to completion
* Exceptional client management skills
* Able to thrive in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
* Demonstrated ability to develop and use engaging, informative and compelling presentation methodologies
* Demonstrates lively and genuine interest in engaging others; regularly approaches projects with energy and enthusiasm
* Up to 25% travel required, based on client needs
