Nesco Resource is looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst in the North Dallas Company to join an exceptional team for an awesome financial company.

Must have's to apply for this role: Legal Documentation to work in the US.

Must be detail-oriented with the ability to work in a team environment and have the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities. Strong analysis testing defects and problem resolutions skills are required. Must have excellent oral, written, and communication skills, be a confident decision-maker and maintain a strong dedication to delegate.
Self-sufficient, able to work independently with minimal oversight.

Computer Skills
Advanced Microsoft Office Skills, especially MS Excel
Knowledge of Databases preferred with Property & Casualty Insurance
Knowledge of JIRA is a must-have

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.
5-6 years Sr. Business Systems Analyst Experience

• Work with business representatives to develop and write detailed business and system requirements.
• Defines project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases, and tasks.
• Determines operational objectives by studying business functions, gathering information, evaluating output requirements and technical formats.
• Required to perform configuration and technical tasks for the Diamond application and other software as applicable.
• Senior Business System Analyst will be responsible for acquiring business sign-off on all finalized requirements
• Liaison between business and IT Department
• Oversee testing efforts by both the business and IT areas. The Senior Business System Analyst is responsible for the proper documentation of all testing.
• Perform preliminary testing of software programs before turning them over to QA and business users for UAT testing defects & enhancement.
• Monitor and communicate project progress by tracking change activity, software defects, publishing progress reports, and recommending actions to project stakeholders.
