GENERAL FUNCTION

The Operations Finance Sr Manager will be responsible for financial reporting, planning, and analysis for the state-of-the-art North American Eyewear Distribution Center.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

* Develop successful business partnership with Operations Leadership and key partners by setting short and long term financial and operating targets.
* Drive the execution of business strategies.
* Autonomously executes and maintains managerial reporting. Oversees and gives guidance on the same matter to analysts in different divisions, acting as the GoTo person.
* Provide overall distribution center financial guidance and control.
* Lead cost optimization initiatives and evaluate returns of automation projects.
* Provide financial insights for periodic business reviews with senior management.
* Lead the financial planning process on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.
* Ensure alignment with corporate standards in terms of accounting, reporting, internal policies and procedures, including external regulations and SOX requirements.
* Acts as subject matter expert ensuring the standard methodology is applied across the divisions (i.e. Retail, WHLS, Oakley) and as a coach for professionals working on the same matter.
* Work towards the simplification and automation of finance operations.
* Manage and lead team of direct reports

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

* BA/BS Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or Statistics.
* 7+ years' relevant experience in positions that require analytical business experience and/or operations finance experience.
* 3+ years' experience with supervising reports.
* Experience with advanced Excel functions.
* Demonstrate innovative and creative problem-solving skills.
* Previous experience in Logistics, Distribution Center Operations, and/or Manufacturing
* Excellent written and oral communication skills
* Experience as an advanced user of MS PowerPoint or similar tools

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

* MBA, CPA, CMA or similar experience
* Experience with reporting and data analysis tools such as SAP, Essbase, SQL, MSAccess
