Senior Manager, Enterprise FP&A
Job Description
The Senior Manager, Enterprise FP&A, will play a key role on the Enterprise FP&A team leading both global Cash Flow Forecasting and financial analysis for the Corporation's Compensation program. In addition, the Senior Manager will lead the process improvement for Comp and Cash Flow, and ensure the successful transition to cash flow compensation metrics. This role reports the Senior Director of Enterprise Financial Corporate Planning and Analysis, and is located in the Dallas World Headquarters.
Key responsibilities :
- Lead Cash Flow and Balance Sheet Forecast:
- Lead the quarterly cash flow and balance sheet forecast process, in close collaboration with Treasury, Corporate Control, and Tax
- Develop recommended cash flow targets for the enterprise and business units
- Support the leadership team with insights and analysis to deliver ongoing cash flow targets and strategic plans
- Identify and implement actions to continuously improve the forecast process
- Provide work direction and support to Strategic Analyst who is responsible to forecast, track and analyze working capital, CCC, and capital spending
- Lead Financial Analysis for Compensation:
- Closely partner with Director of Executive Compensation in support of key compensation and Management Development and Compensation Committee (MDC)MDC deliverables
- Lead the compensation financial support, including financial updates for Board of Directors and Management Development and Compensation Committee (MDC) review materials
- Own the long term incentives forecast, in close collaboration with the Corporate Controller, Global Business Services (GBS), and the Compensation Team
- Closely partner with Director of Executive Compensation in support of key compensation and MDC deliverablesDrive improvement of the comp process, working closely with controllers and GBS teams
- Define standard work for compensation analysis to drive insightful analysis and high-quality tools
- Drive improvement of the compensation forecasting process, working closely with controllers and GBS teams
- Accelerate process improvement and analytical insights

Qualifications :
- Strong working knowledge of P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow
- Strong written and oral communication skills: ability to synthesize data and clearly convey actionable messages
- Outstanding analytical skills

- Previous FP&A, Business Analysis, or Treasury experience in multinational CPG
- Bachelor's degree with at least 710 years of relevant Finance working experience
