Talent Acquisition Program Manager
Job location: This is a remote position. You can work from home and be located anywhere in the USA or Canada.

What you will do
- You will be responsible for coaching, managing, and leading a programs-focused team including a global team of Campus Recruiters and Talent Acquisition Coordinators.
- You will also partner with our internal campus team to lead branding for campus and help promote Kinaxis as a great place to work for students.
- Develop creative ways to increase the company's brand & profile through partnerships/collaboration with various professional, community & student organizations.
- Partner with marketing to create a presence online for Kinaxis as an employment destination and employer of choice globally- increased brand awareness.
- Managing vendor relationships including job boards, networking events, sponsorships, campus fairs.
- Help lead & execute our DE&I recruitment strategy.
- You will be responsible for identifying and managing recruitment partnerships to increase gender & diverse representation at all levels.
- Establish and drive various programs and priorities across people, process, and technology through close stakeholder engagement and partnerships.
- Help manage existing and implementing new vendor systems and services across the talent acquisition ecosystem and drive vendor sustainment and enhancements.
- Drive LinkedIn internally so that all employees become search ambassadors for our brand.
What we are looking for
- 5+ years of experience within a global Talent Acquisition function including but not limited to campus hiring
- 2+ years of experience managing a Talent Acquisition team including campus recruiters and coordinators
- Experience building and working within a large program
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and implementation of systems
- Previous experience with a focus and expertise on employment branding
- Ability to simplify and structure multiplex ambiguous problems and processes in an effective way
- Proven strategic, analytical and problem solving skills
- Presentation skills and the ability to influence recommendations and results to senior leaders and internal and external stakeholders
- The ability to build strong partnerships and collaborate across multiple business units
- Excellent organizational, communication and relationship management skills
- Highly motivated, energetic individual able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
