Summary

Worlds of wow is a design-build company specializing in creating interior and exterior environments. The Estimator / Buyer is a member of Project management. The Estimator / Buyer works with our creative, pre-production, and project management teams for estimating and purchasing needs on all projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in purchasing for a job shop, sign shop, or construction environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Manage project estimating and purchasing, liaise between departments

2. Coordinate with project managers, creative team members and pre-production to make sure we are staying on schedule.

4. Ensure performance expectations are met internally and externally.

5. Data collect, update pricing documents, and source materials from various suppliers.

6. Communicate purchasing, inventory and schedule needs.

7. Maintain relationships with key vendors.

8. Ensure projects stay in budget and on schedule

9. Source and quote competitive freight rates for ship outs.

10. Other duties may be assigned by direct Manager or Supervisor.

Language Skills

Ability or experience in interpreting project drawings.

Computer Skills

Demonstrated proficiency with MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Google: Docs, Sheets, Gmail, and Drive.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
