Adecco Medical & Science is looking to recruit a Financial Management Specialist in Denton, TX. Please apply now if you meet the qualifications below.

Type: Temporary Contract
Length: 2 months
Hours: Monday - Friday 8a - 5p
Responsibilities for the Financial Management Specialist
Employee will manage a caseload of Denton Childcare Workforce Center customers in providing childcare services to customers and providers.

  • Duties may include a combination of the following: intake, interviewing, assessment, eligibility verification, customer referral to support services, employer services, job coaching, job search and orientation/classroom instruction.
  • When required, may perform job retention duties and monitoring.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Must be knowledgeable about community resource and able to work with and relate to participants.
  • Culturally sensitivity a must.
  • ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Reviews and processes Declaration of Services for Child Care Providers for payment in a timely manner Reviews and approves vouchers for payment in a timely manner
  • Prepares Request for Funds for reimbursement for WSNCT staff Uploads claims information and downloads paid claims
  • Researches and rebills all Line-Item Rejections

  • Responsible for Accounts Payable (A/P)
  • Compile's recoupment letter and notifies parents of amounts owed after loss of appeal and maintains collection files
  • Prepares monthly, quarterly, and annual reports as required
  • Responsible for the coordination of reimbursement to
  • Providers and parents for childcare expenditures, for data entry and retrieval of client and Provider information and performing all tasks related to claims and billings
  • Generates and distributes preprinted claim/reporting forms for providers and relative care parents
  • Provides technical assistance to providers and parents on claims completion, processing, and payment
  • Review's provider and relative care claims for accuracy and agreement with client and provider records
  • Registers new providers and update computer data on existing providers
  • Processes forms for reimbursement to providers
  • May perform finance procedural Quality Assurance as needed Assists and prepares responses for quality assurance monitoring
  • Completes required trainings as needed Other duties as assigned

  • QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION
    Qualifications
  • Ability to use personal computer for correspondence reports, database access, record keeping, and working knowledge of Microsoft operating systems.
  • Ability to interact with providers daily via face-to-face and/or phone.
  • Commitment to customer focused service delivery system.
  • Excellent written, verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in conjunction with others to overcome obstacles for goal attainment of the client.
  • Education/Certifications
  • Licenses, Registrations Related bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, or equivalent work experience
