Job description

We are seeking an individual with exceptional management skills to fill our part-time Assistant Property Manager role at Colony Park Apartments in Eastland, TX. The starting rate for this position is $11/hour, depending on experience, and will include 18 hours each week.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: As a Property Manager, you will be a valuable member of the management team. A team oriented attitude ideal for customer service is a must. In this position you will be:

Collecting rent

Assisting the Area Manager

Marketing & Leasing Apartments

Communicating directly with interested future residents in order to secure leases, as well as with current ones, to address their needs

Properly completing paperwork and other required compliance tasks

In addition to the skills listed above, you should have excellent communication skills and conduct yourself in a professional manner. This position has a regular weekly schedule but you may be required to work outside of that on rare occasions. You must be on call for emergencies. Apartment management history is a plus but is not necessarily required. Criminal background check is required.
