Business Area

At Empire Today, our Inside Sales Department works on all orders that have been written and any concerns that may arise up until installation. Our team handles pricing concerns, product concerns, and project concerns, etc. We are the heart and soul of the sales division.

Responsibilities

The Outbound Sales Associate contacts potential customers selling our products over the phone. They master all applicable rebuttals and price drop tools and successfully utilize these to close the sale within pricing parameters. The Outbound Sales Associate maintains established conversion goals daily and acceptable installation rates.

Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess:

• High School Diploma/GED.
• Telemarketing and sales experience.
• Selling skills and rebuttal management.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
