Purpose of Position:

To be a resource to the company and customers on products, installation and market feedback by uncovering/matching the needs and wants of the customer.

Primary Roles:

Sales process execution

Visual merchandising execution

Order processing

Product knowledge

Requirements:

The minimum qualifications listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and ability necessary for an individual to perform each essential function satisfactorily. Reasonable amounts of training are provided.

High School diploma/GED and at least four years of customer service/sales experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Valid Driver License preferred

Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred

Automotive experience preferred

Displays integrity

Proficient with computer skills - Microsoft Office, Internet, electronic calendar and e-mail

Ability to work individually and as a team

Ability to quickly learn and understand our products and services

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Supervisory Responsibility:

This position does not have supervisory responsibilities. Carries out company plans and works a s a representative of the company. Works towards meeting goals and ensuring company success.
Responsible for all safety aspects of the company.

Work Environment:

This job operates in a professional retail store environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, reaching, climbing, lifting, and repetitive motion using wrists, hands, and/or fingers all day. The employee is occasionally required to sit and climb or balance. The employee must frequently exert up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move and lift objects. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus

Work Schedule:

Determined by assigned department. May include weekends and one day off during the week. Overtime may be required. Travel may be required occasionally.
