The Global FP&A Manager is responsible for completing financial planning and analysis (FP&A) functions (i.e. planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, analysis, and key performance indicators), effectively leveraging financial tools and systems, building trusted advisor relationships throughout the organization, improving visibility to results and performance against objectives, and making financial recommendations supported by effective analysis and solid criteria.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Completes FP&A functions (financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, metrics & analysis), ensuring visibility to results and to performance against objectives.
- Provides financial modeling and decision support for new product introductions including pricing, warranty, costing, tax and other analyses.
- Partner with Marketing to evaluate success of current promotions and activities.
- Provides ongoing and ad hoc financial modeling and analysis, to include corporate development, new product and market introductions, capital investments, pricing and product modifications, corporate and organizational initiatives, and information technology investments.
- Develops and provides costing, workforce planning, and performance metrics & analysis.
- Key manager in overseeing the eCommerce platforms including Zuora platform to support the Company's growth initiatives. This includes, but is not limited to:
- ensuring accurate, complete, and secure execution of sales transactions,
- configuration and verification of the eCommerce revenue platforms to properly execute programs developed by the IntelliCentrics CMO including promotions, discounts, bundled packages, and similar,
- liaising with development organization to ensure that integrations between SEC3URE and the eCommerce platform provide for the proper execution of transactions,
- ensuring that the transactions performed on the eCommerce platform maintain compliance with IFRS revenue recognition, sales tax, and other required standards, and
- developing new and increasingly efficient means for generating timely, accurate and insightful reporting.
- Creates clear, concise management reports summarizing key performance metrics/insights.
- Other duties, as assigned.
Education and/or Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required; MBA preferred.
- 8 years of relative experience.
- Planning, budgeting and forecasting experience.
- Experience with various ERPs and BI tools (dashboarding, data aggregation, reporting and analysis).
- Experience with Zuora, OneStream, NetSuite, Tableau, and/or QuickBooks are a plus.
