Accounts Receivable Associate

Kforce has a client that is looking for an Accounts Receivable Associate on a long-term temporary basis in Fort Worth, Texas (TX). Duties of the Accounts Receivable Associate will include: * Collection on past due accounts * Review past due accounts and take action to prevent possible write-off situations * Accounts Receivable Associate supports and executes strategies and workflows to meet collection goals * Ensure an accurate and timely response to customers' inquiries * Accounts Receivable Associate communicates professionally with internal and external customers to effectively understand and resolve issues * Performs payment corrections, offsets, and write-offs * 2 years of AR/Collections and Cash Apps experience * Excellent Customer Service skills * Must be proficient with Excel * Candidates qualifying for this position will have similar experience along with the skills and abilities to perform the duties mentioned * Any relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus Kforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
