Elevate is looking for a Direct Mail Analyst who will play an integral role in driving success for the business by scaling/optimizing our Direct Mail acquisition channel. This individual must be detail-oriented, analytical, and data-driven to manage all our Direct Mail operations. The Direct Mail Analyst will manage multiple direct mail campaigns and new product launches. The ideal candidate should have experience managing database lists, working with data partners for prospecting, and working with cross functional marketing teams.

Principal Duties And Responsibilities

  • Serve as main liaison between external direct marketing firms and internal stakeholders.
  • Oversee technology providers and execute processes that support all aspects of the acquisitions program.
  • Manage day to day interactions with outside print & lettershop partners, continuously explore ways to lower costs and shorten campaign cycle times.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and vendors execute programs on time.
  • Partner with marketing to ensure all creative deliverables are test plans are in place Coordinate with Legal & Compliance teams to ensure marketing messages remain compliant with all applicable regulations.
  • Manage timelines and costs to ensure projects remain on track and within budget.
  • Verify invoices and expense accruals on a monthly basis.
  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
Experience And Education
  • 5+ years professional experience in direct marketing or database management.
  • Experience in financial services industry is a plus, but not required.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience developing measurement frameworks to identify opportunities and track performance.
  • Develop and own Direct Mail roadmap across all core customer segments.
Required Skills And Abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to develop relationships with the clients and the media vendors.
  • Strong organizational, time management and problem-solving skills.
  • Superior attention to detail.
  • Budget awareness and good business sense.
  • High level of proficiency with tools like SAS and Tableau.
  • Highly motivated and self-directed to achieve established goals.
  • The ability to work well as part of a team.
