Job description

JOB PURPOSE:
The Senior Business Analyst will support in developing and driving a world-class IBP function to enable the organization's rapid growth. This position is a critical link between business strategy and execution of sales force productivity and will be accountable and responsible for essential functions including Integrated Business Planning, overseeing all aspects of planning from Production Scheduling to Operational Execution, reporting, productivity analysis, data integrity.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for the design, implementation, and governance of the IBP process across the organization
  • Perform annual sales planning and ensure alignment with budget and strategic plan. Responsible for achieving sales goals in an assigned region.
  • Drive a world-class IBP function. Responsible for the optimal deployment of sales personnel. Develop and maintain KPI metrics and provide reports to management
  • Collaborate with the cross-functional team in managing the sales pipeline from quote to order to delivery.
  • Oversee the build and maintenance of the CRM/ERP instances across the segments. Responsible for prioritizing investments, implementation, and maintaining/supporting CRM/ERP system
  • Develop key performance metrics to measure activities that impact sales productivity and report and analyze sales forecasting.
  • Establish high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in planning, forecasting, and budgeting approaches
  • Provide guidance to Finance, Operations, Product Management, & Sales by turning complex data into executable plans
  • Develop long-term strategic Demand Planning process that enable topline growth and operational excellence
  • Build & integrate short-term tactical planning process into our strategic goals

  • 5+ years of sales or business operations experience.
  • Deep experience with sales/SCM reporting, dashboards, and analytics.
  • Ability to establish processes that are simple for a complex situation.
  • Strong expertise in sales automation and CRM systems.
  • Ability to communicate at different levels of the organization and across all functions.
  • Strong work ethic and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strategic, organized, collaborative, and analytical.
  • Able to relay complex data in an understandable manner.
