Job description

FPG is looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to help us expand our clientele. The goal is to seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers. The BDR has to develop leads from marketing campaigns, LinkedIn and Zoominfo Contact Lists. The BDR will use his/her communication skills to cultivate strong relationships with customers, from first contact until setting an appointment for the sales team.

Responsibilities

  • Work 250 leads over a 5 week period: Every day - 50 touches (email) and 50 touches (phone). Every week each lead gets one phone, one email.
  • Send 10 personalized LinkedIn messages a day based on lead list working.
  • Share one FPG LinkedIn post per day.
  • Keep Zoho CRM updated with detailed notes on the prospect, any communication, etc.
  • Complete tasks assigned in Zoho CRM.
  • Follow-up activities and Deal Closures with the Sales Team.
  • Set a minimum of four appointments with our sales team per week and reschedule appointments as needed.
  • Prepare weekly reports on calls made, emails sent, LinkedIn emails, as well as follow-up calls/emails during the week.
  • Update the sales scripts and share any feedback regarding the process with the Head of Marketing.
  • Participate on Training or Courses about the different CRMs if required.

Compensation:

· Base salary plus commissions

· Health, dental, vision insurance, PTO, HSA, & 401K.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
