Naviga has partnered with a national commercial roofing company to recruit a Business Developer in Texas.Title: Business DeveloperLocation: Fort Worth or Dallas, TXKey Notes/Company Details: Company is in hyper growth mode; Business Developer is an added position due to strategic growth and expansionEnvironment is growth-minded, fast-paced, successful, and exciting with a family-oriented feel, support and collaborationOpportunities for growth within; they raise up people with talent, they will not hold anyone backAdapting well to the changes that the pandemic has brought on and demand is increasingLong-standing relationships with client base and trusted partnershipsResponsibilities: Work with existing and prospective customers to develop and provide solutions to protect their properties, offices, communities, and businessesBuild and maintain trust-based professional relationships with key decision-makersConduct inspections of properties independently or with internal resourcesMaintain and manage a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities to meet sales goalsUnderstand the value and benefit of going deeper and broader with existing relationshipsWork in a fast pace environment while operating with a high sense of urgencyCommunicate proactively with all decision-makers and influencersWork independently in the field while collaborating with other internal departments throughout the sales processReach specific activity benchmarks and close businessRequirements: 5+ years of experience selling face to face in the commercial facility service industry with commercial contract salesEstablished connections with commercial and residential property management companies, asset managers, facility engineers, REITs and ownership groups across multiple market verticals; office, industrial/warehouse, apartment, HOA, education, healthcare, retail, and othersProven track record of sales goal attainment in a longer sales cycle environment (90+ days)Experience managing multiple projects and able to multitask in a large territoryExperience using a CRMProficient with computer software programs including MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)Intangible Characteristics: Coachable, and trainableDisciplined, structured and accountableOrganization, planning and time management skillsHighly developed interpersonal, oral/written communication and presentation skillsCompetitive, positive, self-motivated, and results-driven attitudeConfident, humble, energetic, warm personalityEducation: Bachelor's Degree is preferredBenefits: Competitive salary and uncapped commission planMedical, dental, and vision insuranceMonthly vehicle allowancePaid time offJob Type: Full-timePay: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per yearBenefits:Dental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:Monday to FridaySupplemental Pay:Commission pay
