What will you be doing?

Engage the Business Community

You will engage the business community within Tarrant County by discovering and exploring new and untapped partnerships for CCFW to assist in generating revenue and program growth.

Support Revenue Goals

You will support revenue goals for Social Enterprises within CCFW by connecting with potential clients to grow our revenue streams.

Grow our Financial Wellness Partner Pipeline

You will grow our My partner pipeline through relationship building and introduction to services in order to grow the program through engagement of new business partners.

WORK HOURS

Regular office hours are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. This position may require flexibility to work various hours, depending on current program needs.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

Catholic Charities Fort Worth offers a variety of benefits to our staff including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance. Our staff members can participate in a retirement plan with a generous dollar for dollar, up to 6% match. A progressive paid leave plan allows you to earn more time off the longer you are employed and we provide paid time off for 15 designated holidays, including being closed Christmas Eve through New Year's Day. Up to 3 weeks of paid maternity/paternity/critical illness leave if eligible, in addition to our PTO plan. We also offer flexible work schedules and a friendly, supportive environment.
